1. Who we are

Cymplify is an independent software studio that designs and builds mobile and web applications for small businesses. Information on the Site about products that are in development is provided for general information and may change before release.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems;
• Interfere with the Site's operation, including by transmitting malware or generating excessive automated traffic;
• Use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content, or unsolicited advertising;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when communicating with us.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including the Cymplify name, logo, text, graphics, and design — are owned by or licensed to Cymplify Technologies, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site freely, but you may not copy, modify, or use our branding or content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

4. Feedback and submissions

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about our products, you grant us the right to use that feedback to improve our products without obligation or compensation to you. We will handle any personal information in your messages as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Our applications

Applications we release (including through the Apple App Store) may be governed by additional or separate terms presented within the application or at the point of download. Where such terms exist, they govern your use of that application; these Terms govern the Site.

The Site may reference or link to third-party services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep information accurate and the Site running smoothly, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Product descriptions for software in development are aspirational and subject to change.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cymplify Technologies, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cymplify Technologies, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law provides otherwise.
