1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need:

• Contact form submissions. When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, topic, and message you provide, along with the time of submission.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this only for security and to keep the Site working reliably.

The Site does not use advertising trackers, and we do not run third-party analytics that profile you across the web.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and requests;
• To operate our pilot and early-access programs when you ask to join them;
• To maintain the security and reliability of the Site;
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Where your information is stored

The Site is hosted on Vercel, and contact form submissions are stored securely with Supabase, our database provider. Both providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Your information may be processed on servers located outside your own country.

4. How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain a record of our correspondence, and we delete them when they are no longer needed. Routine technical logs are retained only briefly by our hosting providers.

5. Cookies

The Site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the Site to function.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact form and we will respond as required by applicable law.

7. Children's privacy

The Site and our products are intended for business use and are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Our apps

When we release applications (including on the Apple App Store), each app will present its own privacy disclosures describing exactly what that app collects and why. Where an app-specific policy exists, it governs that app; this policy governs the Site.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged clearly on the Site.
